Ironic

A few month ago I was having a discussion on what is considered ironic. That whole Alanis Morissette song is so not full of irony. Those are all unhappy coincidences that totally suck. Perhaps bad Karma? Whatever. So, for the life of me, I couldn't think of any good examples. However, I found the ironies of all ironies while visiting SLIS this past Saturday while bumming around with a friend. Apparently, the guide to graduate life (the official graduate school guide) has a picture of a former SLIS student who DROPPED OUT in his 2nd to LAST SEMESTER!!! Yep, the face of graduate school is a library school drop out!
