Continuing Education
I want to lean Latin. I don't know why, but I do. I also would love to take a another history class. Oh and math? That would be way fun. I am not sure if it is just the start of another school year or if it is the fact that I just miss learning, but I want to challenge my mind and feel smart again.
Now, do you think any of this is possible? If you answered yes, you would be wrong. Instead of living in Madison or the Cities, where evening classes are offered all the time, U.W. La Crosse seems to only like to have classes during the day. Sigh. And don't even get me started on Latin.
On a different note, the local tech school offers a photography night class that might be fun.

I'm interested in taking some courses as well. I'd like to learn Flash and improve my database skills and I'd also like to learn Spanish. It would also be a good way to meet people. Unfortunately, I don't have any friends here at all.
I want to take classes too! But everything here is so expensive. Instead I'm taking more photos with my SLR, trying to improve those skills on my own.
You could learn Latin through Rosetta Stone...?

On a more serious note I believe there are self-study type things for latin. Or if you wanted to borrow my books and try them out...

Thanks for all the suggestions. I bought something from B&N to learn Latin that was only around 30 dollars. I looked at Rossetta Stone, but I can't afford 250 bucks right now.
